Afternoon Slow Flow
Release tension, improve mobility, and build strength and stability through gentle stretches, breathing, slow flow, and meditation with Heather.
Wed 4.30 - 5.15 pm
Yoga Therapy for Sleep
Use the tools of Yoga Therapy to regain healthy, restorative, and consistent sleep.
This evening practice includes āsana (postures), prāṇāyāma (breath practices), myofascial release, and meditation.
Mon 8.30 - 9.15 pm
Explore this new class add-on - 30 minutes of pilates exercises, strengthening, and breath work. Recommended props: squishy ball and theraband/resistance band.
Tuesdays 6.30 - 7.00 am

Yoga Therapy respects and honours the individual's specific needs, goals, and current capabilities. Benefits include relieving symptoms of chronic pain & joint conditions, addressing anxiety & depression, increasing mobility, and promoting injury recovery.
